Academic Requirements
Active diploma & Surat Tanda Registerasi (STR)
Valid professional documents.
30 jam CME — Kursus LMBRC
30 hours of CME — Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Course (LMBRC)
20 hours CME — Event / Conference
ILMA Conference, Immersion Center, or any recognized global LM event.
Minimum 1 case study
Taken from experiences at the Immersion Center.
Preparation Timeline
Apr
Register with ILMA, pay in full, and start the online LMBRC course. Learn the six pillars of LM.
April 2026 · Starting Immediately
May
Complete 30 hours of online courses + collect 20 hours of CME from conferences/events.
May – June 2026
Jul
Attend the Immersion Center (3 months of clinical experience) and create at least 1 case study.
July – September 2026
Oct
Finalize your exam registration. Upload all prerequisites to the ILMA portal.
August – October 2026
Nov
Sunday: ILMA Conference. Monday morning: Conference continuation. Monday afternoon: IBLM Exam.
